Apart from these, you must clearly understand grammar and punctuation. Professional writers use various writing tools like Grammarly for the accuracy of grammar. It will lessen your task. 

Tone of Voice 

Your client may object to the tone of voice of your writing. The tone of the writing is crucial to avoid revision. You can smoothly connect with your reader with the tone of voice of your writing. 

For example: When you write about the best laptop in 2023,  you do not know if your audience is male or female. On the other hand, when you write about "Night time skincare routine for women." You have already specified your readers here. So, you have to keep your voice toned for females.

As a result, you need to modify your content again and again. So, before starting work, ask your client to give a brief about the content and its structure.

To avoid the hassle of correction, maintain smooth communication with your client. If you have any confusion, directly ask your client.

Freelancing doesn't have any hard and fast rules. Your clients can not keep tracking your work. So, to avoid revision, you should share your work progress with your client. You can also ask his opinion. Take constructive criticism easily. 

• Use specific and constructive language 

Your communication approach shows your proficiency. It is not always necessary to agree with the client. When your client finds you confident with your work, he will not ask you for multiple revisions. But handle your client delicately.
